Adalberto Guerrero Pérez
Graduating in law from the University of Valladolid, he has been a lawyer and member of the Bar Association of Barcelona since 1984 where he belongs to the civil, commercial and construction law sections.
Managing Partner of the Guerrero Law Firm since its creation in 1986 and co-founder of Círculo Legal in 1999. He is a commercial mediator, insolvency administrator, accountant-partisan and collaborative lawyer.
Since starting his profession, he has been mainly dedicated to civil-commercial law and corporate law, with extensive experience in commercial contracting and the judicial processing of competitions.
He belongs to various boards of directors and is a legal consultant for companies in various branches of activity.
He is founder and president of the Iusmediare International Institute of Law and Mediation (www.iusmediare.org), a private entity whose purpose is extrajudicial dispute resolution processes (mediation, conciliation and collaborative law) and are specialized in the mediation of international standards, civil, consumer and family law.
Founder and President of the Open University of Catalonia, he teaches the subject of obligations and contracts within the degree of law. He also speaks at various colloquiums, conferences and roundtables on civil-mercantile and bankruptcy law for the Bar Association, the College of Social Graduates, the College of Business Graduates, the Association of Credit Managers and various other business associations. He lectures at the Chamber of Commerce of Barcelona, where Círculo Legal is the appointed office advising on commercial law matters to the institution as well as to their associated companies.
He collaborates assiduously with associations, private companies and bar associations in various training programs for lawyers and advisory professionals. He also collaborates with ESADE, ISDE and the School of Legal Practice of the ICAB in the training of law students and lawyers in practice and with the CGPJ in the judicial School for the training of judges.
