Arantxa Goenaga Llorca
Graduated in law at UNED in 1998, she studied within the judicial and prosecutorial career as a civil servant until 2004. She has been a practising lawyer since 2005 and is qualified to intervene in the jurisdiction of minors. As a member of the Bar Association of Barcelona, she belongs to the civil, procedural and commercial law sections.

As a partner of Círculo Legal, she has extensive experience in civil and commercial law in both the procedural and contractual sides, as well as negotiation, and using alternative methods of conflict resolution such as mediation or collaborative law.
Founder and member of the Board of Directors of the IusMediare International Institute of Law and Mediation (www.iusmediare.org), a private entity whose purpose is extrajudicial resolution processes (mediation, conciliation and collaborative law) specialized in international, civil and international quality mediation, consumer and family law.
She is a founding member of the master’s degree in access to the legal profession of the UOC and collaborates with prestigious private universities (ESADE and ISDE) and public universities (UB and Pompeu Fabra), the ICAB and the judicial school in training for legal professionals, lawyers and judges in practice.
She also regularly contributes to legal journals such as Legal Today and Lawyerpress and has participated in several TV shows on LaSexta and Antena3 and on the radio on RAC1.
