For 24 years she has been dedicated to something she is passionate about family law, offering clients comprehensive advice adapted to their needs, either by defending them in the courts or by acting as mediator, collaborative lawyer and applying therapeutic justice.
Specialist in national and international family law: divorces, common-law partnerships, custody, adoptions, filiation, exequatur, sentence modifications, prenuptial agreements, ecclesiastical nullity, disabilities, minors, surrogate motherhood, mixed marriages, and child abductions, etc.
Member of several specialized associations in family law: AEAFA (Spanish Association of Family Lawyers), SCAF (Catalan Society of Family Advocates), International Association of Therapeutic Justice, Euro-American Academy of Family Law and of Juris Doctor.
Founder and Vice President of ACF (Association of Collaborative Family Lawyers) and Founder and Treasurer of ASIME (Association Against International Child Abduction), having been elected as a member of Reunite (an English non-governmental organization that provides advice in cases of international abduction).
She regularly publishes articles in specialized legal journals and has given numerous conferences throughout Spain before several Bar Associations, in the General Council of the Judiciary and in the Aranzadi Family Forum, being a professor of the UB’s Master of Law and Childhood and a Law Mentor of the ICAB family.
Collaborates with the School of Judicial Practice, ESADE, UB and ISDE in the training of lawyers and judges in practice.
