Jorge Fernández Fernández
Law degree from the University of Barcelona and opponent to Notaries.
He is a lawyer, commercial and civil mediator, collaborative lawyer, and accountant-separator. Member of the Bar Association of Barcelona since 2003, he has been a member (2004-2007) and president (2007-2010) of the Civil Law Section of the Bar Association of Barcelona.
He is currently a member of the civil law section and of the commercial law section of the Barcelona Bar Association.
He has extensive experience, procedural and substantive, in commercial law, civil law, and inheritance law, as well as in corresponding assessments of different civil and commercial contracts.
He has been Professor of Civil Law at the ESADE Law School in matters of obligations and contracts, real rights and successions and coordinator of the UOC-ICAB courses on urban leases and probate law and numerous courses, conferences, seminars and conferences in the field of civil law at the ICAB.
He also lectures on courses, seminars, conferences and civil law master’s degree courses organized by the ICAB and other entities. He also collaborates and publishes articles in various specialized legal journals.
